These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the EasyCoding Service and form the agreement between You and EasyCoding. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company.
When You create an account, You must provide accurate and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account.
By posting or uploading any content to the Service, You grant EasyCoding a non-exclusive right to use, modify, and display that content. You retain ownership but agree that your content will comply with applicable laws and not infringe on others’ rights.
All content, features, and functionality in EasyCoding are the exclusive property of EasyCoding. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
EasyCoding offers paid access to certain features through in-app purchases. Transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and all payment terms follow their policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCoding shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruption.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website at https://www.easycoding.app/terms and take effect once published.
